ASE has long been a dedicated advocate of ESG, placing strong emphasis on sustainable development and employee welfare. To help alleviate the burdens of employees, the company has established onsite kindergartens and daycare centers and launched the 'Ji Xiang Le Xue' (吉祥樂學) project – a program offering engaging and interactive courses that promote meaningful connections between employees’ families and the elderly residents.

Dr. Tien Wu, Chairman of ASE Social Enterprise shared, “Our daycare center can care for approximately 340 elderly individuals daily, and our home care services can serve around 160 elderly individuals each day. We hope to expand these services to further benefit even more members in our community.”
The project, jointly organized by the company and its foundation, provides comprehensive enrichment activities for employees' families and elderly residents aged 60 and above. These dynamic and engaging courses include fun football games and strength training as well as floral design workshops. Since its launch in 2019, the project has welcomed over 450 enthusiastic participants.
Wu expressed that by establishing care facilities such as kindergartens and daycare centers, ASE not only reduces the burden of the caregivers, but also helps improve employee retention, a win-win situation for both the company and its people.
